Browser Caching is not working properly:

Browser Caching is not working properly:

– Your server may not have the “expires” module enabled (mod_expires for Apache, ngx_http_headers_module for NGINX)

– Another plugin may be interfering with the configuration

If re-checking and restarting does not resolve, please check with your host or open a support ticket with us.

    Hello Exclusive Media,

hope you're doing good and thanks for reaching us!

I presume that you've tried to automatically enable browser caching, is that right?

If so, can you also try to manually enable it? Clicking on the "Manual" tab will reveal the exact snippet that should be placed in the .htaccess file (in case of an Apache server)

After doing so, go again in browser caching admin page and "re-check expiry"

If this comes down to nothing, please carry on a conflict test, just in case something in messing with that. Simply grab a recent website backup, then deactivate all plugins apart from WPMUDEV Dashboard plugin and HummingBird, activate a default theme like TwentySeventeen and check expiry again.

If above "clean" state is still unable to get some active browser caching, and after you double check with your hosting provider that mod_expires for Apache or ngx_http_headers_module for NGINX is already installed, please send us over some more access details to have a better look. As this is public forum, you should send us your details through our safe contact form using this template:
