BuddyPress Registration Submit Button Missing

Hi, I have my a multisite set up. When I enable the settings so that people can sign up for a website, the "submit" registration button is missing. How could that be? When I disable the website registration, and just enable account, the submit button appears. See screenshots below. My website is: http://www.massreport.com

Hey @Brian, hope you're doing well this evening!

You'll need to enable the "Site Tracking" module inside of BuddyPress in order for the signup form to show up properly when you enable registration of sub-sites on your network.

Without that being enabled, the page won't load completely, as there's a function that's not being loaded. Not sure why you're not getting an error message about this, but this is what shows up on one of my installs:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function bp_blogs_subdomain_base() in ..../wp-content/plugins/buddypress/bp-templates/bp-legacy/buddypress/members/register.php on line 136

    Hope this helps!

    Regards,
    Michael
