Bug with service provider email insert fields

I have created 6 service providers for the appointment system. On the notification emails, I insert the service_provider token (or short code - not sure what it is called).

However when it send the confirmation email it says "our staff" so it is not clear who your service provider is. I believe this is a bug. Please help.

http://www.oomyungdoe-ne.com/lp/p-student-dashboard/ and schedule a free lesson. Select a school from the drop down and pick a time. Put in a name (maybe add test to it so I know it is fake) and your email so you can see.
