BUG: WPMU DEV Dashboard shows 1 reply when there is not one

I just noticed that under where it shows the support tickets if it is a new one, it will show 1 under the replies column. Now that would make you think that there is 1 reply, I went to that ticket to find no replies. I am 99% positive that this was not designed this way and it is a bug, can anyone else confirm?
