Bulk Smuth with Smush Pro stuck at 0%

Hi there! For some reason, whenever I go to bulk smush with Smush Pro, it just stays at 0% and spins and spins forever. I am also unable to smush through the image library, when I click "view stats" it says "skipped" for the full size image.

    Hello Brittany

    Hope you are doing well!

    For checking this issue can you please enable the debug mode and check if there is any error?

    To enable debug mode please go to wp-config.php and change

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    to

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    Now try with bulk Smush again. That will create a file called debug.log inside wp-contentt folder.

    Please attach that file after renaming debug.log to debug.txt here.

    Have a nice day!

    Cheers,
    Inderjeet

      Hello Brittany,

      Extremely sorry for the issue that you have faced.

      actual uploads folders by year locked down. What exactly CAN it smush then???

      The "uploads/<YEAR_NAME>/" folder is a default Media Library folders and "Directory Smush" option is used for other folder that is outside used for Media Library, like theme and plugin folders. So, that's why the year folder is locked down.

      Best Regards
      Inderjeet
