Button not working

The subscribe by email functionality isn't working on my site. When you put in an email address and click the button nothing happens. It was working a month ago so I'm not sure what the issue is. Can you help?

You can see it in a sidebar by going here:

Thanks for the help!

    Hello Ittavi!

    Looking at the site and Inspecting the plugin I see that you are using version 1.1.1

    There is an update :slight_smile: This should fix you up!

    Used my inspect element tool...guess it was looking at the original install version?

    Sorry.

    Have you tried removing the widget then re-adding? like a re-set of sorts?

    Also, can you check to make sure everything else is up to date?

    If you have updated anything recently, including your theme you should check for conflicts, disable everything but subscribe and see if it works, fi it does then turn others one by one to see if it helps

    Greetings Ittavi,

    Just finished visiting your site and I did not see the plugin in use to test it myself.

    However, I did go over the front page source code and see problems in the source with all the empty white space and also knowing that yoast is involved could be the very reason for your original problem though I am not sure.

    Another potential problem is the mountain of space in the code:

    <style type='text/css'>
    /* Pullquote */
    .su-pullquote {
    	padding: 10px 20px 10px 20px;
    	width: 25%;
      font-size: 1.4em;
    line-height: 1.2em;
    	font-style: italic;
    	margin: 1em;
      	background: #006699;
      	color: #ffffff;
      	border-top: 1px solid #DFDFDF;
        	-webkit-box-shadow: rgba(0,0,0,.5) 1px 5px 5px;
       	-moz-box-shadow: rgba(0,0,0,.5) 1px 5px 5px;
       	box-shadow: rgba(0,0,0,.5) 1px 5px 5px;
       	text-align: left;
       	-webkit-border-radius: 8px;
       	-moz-border-radius: 8px;
       	border-radius: 8px;
       	display: inline;
    }

    .su-spoiler-style-2 {
    	margin-bottom: 1em;
    	background: #fff;
    	border: 1px solid #ccc;
    	border-radius: 8px;
    	-moz-border-radius: 8px;
    	-webkit-border-radius: 8px;
      	font-size: 1.167em;
    }
    .su-spoiler-style-2 .su-spoiler-title {
    	padding: 10px 10px 10px 40px;
    	background: #EBEADB 12px 8px url(http://www.ittavi.com/wordpress/wp-content/themes/ittavi/images/question.png) no-repeat;
    	font-size: 1.25em;
    	height: 1.25em;
    	line-height: 1.25em;
    	font-weight: bold;
    	color: #000;
    	cursor: pointer;

      vertical-align: text-top;
    }
    .su-spoiler-style-2.su-spoiler-open .su-spoiler-title {
    	border-bottom: 1px solid #ccc;
    	background: #f0f0f0 12px 8px url(http://www.ittavi.com/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/shortcodes-ultimate/images/answer.png) no-repeat;
    }
    .su-spoiler-style-2 .su-spoiler-content {
    	padding: 1em;
    	display: none;
    }

    /*Frame*/
    .su-frame {margin: 20px 0px 20px 0px}

    </style>

    and much more within the source code.

    Please advise if you intend to put up (reactivate) the Subscribe by Email plugin again so that I may check this phenomenon out first hand.

    Cheers, Joe
