by entering a category, the system displays a message "Category added" but the record is not added to the list.

    Thanks for contacting us :slight_smile: Could you check if you run latest version of plugin ? It's 2.1.5 . If you already have newest version, could you check quick plugins conflict test, by disable all plugins but Support System, and then try if you still got problem or not. Then try to enable all other plugins one by one until you find the plugin that conflicting with Support System.

    If FAQ table not created could you delete FAQ plugin and then installed it again ? It's like the install process get interrupted before creating category table.
