Calendar not displaying on booking page when no options selected?

There is an issue on the booking page ( when logged in)
the calendar is not displaying by default. only when selecting both options does it show. which is confusing. can there be either both options showing by default on one of the settings or just show the calendar with unavailable slots until user selects from 2 drop downs? - see screenshot

Can provide testing acc if needed (or if you can create one thats fine / support access also open)

    It should display the calendar even user not choose provider yet :slight_smile:
