Can a support item be assigned to multiple users?

Hi, can a support item be assigned to multiple admins or an admin and editor maybe both need to track an issue?

Can they get updates of any updates of an issue but not be responsible for it?
Like include X user in email notifications of any updates to this ticket...?

    Presently, only one staff member can be assigned to a ticket at a time, but I can definitely see where this'd be a handy feature to have available.

    Let me get this moved over to the Features & Feedback section, so that this can be voted on by the community here for consideration for a future release. It's got my vote! :slight_smile:
