Can I get a response to my query please?


We started this general support request almost a week ago and the delays between responses means we can't go live with the app until this final question/issue is resolved:

Is there a reason why the calendar starts at 9am when her work hours are set to begin at 10? The time is made unavailable by the app, but it would be nice to just not show those hours.

Her clients might think that she does begin at 9am, but that those slots are taken up by appointments, which is not the case. We don't want to confuse her clients.

How can I get the calendar to NOT show the 9am-10am hours when her work hours are set to start at 10am?
