I have more support tickets here and lots of it changes to feature requests.
Once in a while I go through support tickets list (via url https://premium.wpmudev.org/profile/myusername?filter=support-tickets#profile2-feed ) to see which are not solved yet. And unresolved feature request tickets are a real pain for me.
Is there a way to filter only support tickets and not feature requests tickets?
Or can I mark feature request ticket as solved when you confirm reading it? - But I want you to add that feature despite ticket is marked as solved...
How to do it?
