Can only restore last Snapshot?

I'm trying to restore one of my sites on my network and it will only let me restore the last version. Is this normal?

I want to restore a version from January 27.

    Hi Matt,

Hope you are doing good today.

I checked your system, and it seems odd, all the archives should have download/restore/delete options, but in your system it doesn't, only the latest snapshot have this option. To be sure, I checked in my system, and I was not able to notice this issue in my archives.

So this seems to be a site specific issue, could you please check whether the following archives are present in your backup folder, ie under /wp-content/uploads/snapshots/

Please let us know how that goes, so that I could check this with the developer to have a better idea about this issue. Have a nice day.

    Kind Regards,

  • Matt

Well, this is strange. I looked on my server (in the staging environment) and none of snapshots are being found. It looks like the network of sites is being backed up (80mb files).

None of the .zip file names are being found on my server in the /wp-contents/uploads/snapshots folder that match my 'All Snapshots'.

Then when I go into my snapshot archives in wp admin (for Adair Coaching site), it is now showing my that I can download/restore/delete my last 2 snapshots. All the other ones now just have the delete option. The one I want to restore for the Adair Coaching site is from January 27, which only has the delete option.

    Something strange going on.

    Hey Matt,

This is indeed an odd issue, I don't see any such setting in Snapshot that could be causing this, does your server has enough space? I would like to give a closer look at your system. Could you please send me your credentials so that we could give a closer look.

You can send credentials by using our secure contact form:
