Can we use this as one on one support chat?

We are considering to start a weekly 2 hour long chat session on one of our site in a multisite setup. I was wondering if we could use this chat plugin for that matter.

Here is what is required.

– one-on-one chat so every chat request is being done in its own private window and not on a chat wall.

– Moderation for the questions so guest could only see/answer the questions approved by moderator.

– Public could ask questions without having to login to the site. (On a separate note, this plugin comes with social login features. Do they get the user register for the site or only provide access to the chat window?)

– How resource intensive it would be for rest of the network?
