Hello, can you suggest a way I can create a WordPresss based job type site with either your plugins or others?

What I'd like to do is have a way for users to clone this template when they sign up for my site http://www.leonardsegal.com so that they have an identical wp site I host except with their name, their google calendar, their testimonials page, about me page etc.

So might I set it up as a multisite install?

Any thoughts?
Thank you!
Joe

    Greetings @jsegal,

I hope you are having a good day and thanks for the posting.

You can achieve this by setting up Multi-Site Installation. For more information about multisite installation you can read this article
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/ultimate-guide-multisite/

After setting up Multi-site, you can use our New blog Templates plugin for setting up blog template( sample site which you would like to replicate on user end when user signup ) which can be used as template when user signup new site on your multisite installation.

For more information about this plugin, please do visit our project page.
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/new-blog-template/

As I can see on domain you've mentioned that you are more likely to let your user sell their services right ? If this is you would like to want we do have some awesome themes for you too,

Check this themes which is specially made for representing user portfolio, and service,

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/fixer/
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/spirit/

Furthermore when you create new blog template which replicated when user signup, you can always set default theme for it too..

I hope this helps you.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

    Best Regards,
    Milan.

Hello Milan nice to meet you.
Thank you for your help and ideas!

Well actually no I don't want to let a user sell their things on the blog they signup for, only to show their available working schedule in this case using a Google Calendar embed. I wish I had a easier to use system for them to show their monthly availability as believe it or not, not everyone has a gmail/google account and knows how to use the Google Calendar app.

    Hey Joe,

Thanks for your feedback on Milan:

Your support is Awful! Did you ever see my repeated posts in my thread asking for further help?? If you don't want to help then why cant you ask another person at this company to do so?

I'm not really understanding it though, your responses here didn't indicate you were upset by your interaction with Milan.

Whilst Milan is new here, the recommendation of multisite and New Blog Template is a good one if you're wanting to use one site as a template.

If you don't want Multisite and you just want to take one site and dump it in another, you could us Snapshot for that:

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/backup-with-snapshot/
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/blog/easy-migration-snapshot/

Whilst it is a backup tool, it's also a migration too. So you could backup your "template" and then stick it on another site.

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/snapshot/

All of our plugins have usage instructions from their product page, but if you get stuck on something specific, please let my guys and gals know.

I'm hoping in future that if you have an issue with someone's response that perhaps you discuss it with the relevant staff member first and give them some time to work through your ticket with you to achieve the best outcome possible. Once a staff member responds to your ticket, they own that ticket and will maintain it, but they do sometimes sleep too. If there is an issue, you can rate it to escalate as you did here.

Hope you have a fantastic weekend, Joe!

    Cheers.
