Cancellation Link Not Appearing for Client

Dear folks at WPMUDEV,

I have had a functional cancellation link in my confirmation email for quite some time, ever since I first set up Appointments+.

Lately, however, I have been notified by clients that even though the confirmation email alludes to a cancellation link, there is no link to be seen.

I created an appointment and confirmed this. The cancellation link is missing in my confirmation email. Everything else is working, otherwise.

I made sure to verify that the placeholder CANCEL is in the confirmation email message.

Would you please be so kind as to help me make it work again?
