Our website is using Pro Sites plugin. Customers can register for a free WordPress blog and have the ability to upgrade services through a monthly payment. When customers upgrade their services, they set up a recurring payment through PayPal.
What happens if a customer cancels their upgraded services on PayPal? Other than an email notification from PayPal about the recurring payment cancellation, is there any automatic response from the plugin to downgrade the services or will the customer still have all access to the upgraded services until it is cancelled manually by an admin?
