Cancelling an appointment from an email link with Appointments +

When a user clicks on the cancel-an-appointment link in a notification email, my appointment site loads and the appointment is cancelled, which is all good. But, there's no feedback to the user that the cancellation has occurred. To the user, it appears that the site has loaded in their browser and nothing more.

Is there a function within Appointments + that I can switch on that will give the user some feedback that their cancellation effort was successful? If not, could this be custom-coded (and if so, suggestions on how to do so would be welcome!)

    thanks for posting.

in the dashboard > appointments > settings > general tab

    scroll down to accessibility settings.

you can then change the cancellation page to a page you create for confirming appointment cancellation by selecting the page for option 'Appointment cancelled page' (you can create this cancellation confirm page in your dashboard > pages).

    hope this helps
