Cannot download managed backup

Backup error, cannot download past backups created via Managed Backup feature in Snapshot. Getting the following error:

Trying to download the backup via the dashboard is giving the following error:

Only the newly generated backup works, rest other backup cannot be downloaded. Tried resetting Snapshot Key but the issue still exists.

Please advise any way to get the backup back.

    hope you're doing good today! :slight_smile:

    This is happening because backup file never actually reached our cloud server. You can see that in your Hub, when you expand this specific automated backup under the "Type" column:

    WPMU DEV Local Backup

    I've already accessed your server via FTP to double check and the file is indeed located in
    wp-content/uploads/snapshots/ folder, so you can download it from there.

    Our developers are already aware of this and will remove the "Download" button for local backups, so there's no further confusion.
