Cannot Input my API Key and Support Marks Me as "Resolved"

I have been trying for HOURS to get someone in support to help me simply get my Dashboard up and running. It seems like it should be a simple fix, but it’s not so far.

I purchased via my Facebook login, and that did not port over to my purchased plugin. Can someone please tell me how to put it in? It keeps asking me for a username and password, but I already have one and there seems to be no way to put in that data.
