Reply to support tickets via email?

I see that you can send emails to my support email and it will create new tickets, but is there a way for customers and admins to reply to tickets via emails? Even if it is just for the admins, this would be so useful so admins can reply to tickets on the go.

    Checking out the plugin I found this on the front page:

    Note: emails are for notification purposes only. Tickets cannot be replied to, nor updated, by email.

    Apparently this feature is by design from the developer unfortunately.

    If you would like to mark it as a feature request you can start a thread with your request in the Feature Request and Feedback forums :slight_smile: that will give you a good read on how feasible it will be and who else is interested!
