Canonical link redundant

Smartcrawl tells me that I have redundant Canonical for my home page.
Where do I change the Canonical link in smart crawl please

    The Canonical link isn't in fact necessary for home page at all but, on the other hand, it won't do any harm either. You can enable "Hide Redundant Canonical Link Tags" option on "SmartCrawl -> Settings -> General Settings" page and it should help:

    However, if there's still unnecessary tag there even after enabling this option, it might mean that the theme or some other plugin is "stubbornly" adding it still. Like I said though, it's not something to be especially worried about and while it's not needed there, it won't "break" SEO either.
