Can't activate the WPMU Dev Dashboard plugin??

Hi,

I just signed up for a new WPMU Dev account. I then installed the latest version of the Dashboard plugin.

When I try to log in (authenticate), I get a server "routing" error, as shown in the attached screenshots.

I've tried with both Chrome and Firefox latest versions, on Mac OS X El Capitan.

    Do you have Cloudflare or any CDN activated for your site? Can you please disable that and try again? If the issue is still there, please let us know. We will be glad to investigate further.

    Moreover, can you please send us following details? It's a rare issue and more information we get, more chances we can resolve this for good.
    - Your Server/Hosting Details
    - Cloudflare Settings / DNS Settings
    - Plugins / Themes you have installed
    - What browser extensions you have
    - Any other configs or things you can think of that may affect it (wp-config overrides etc)
    - Any major event that caused the issue

    Please send us as much details as you can. I'm looking forward to hear from you and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

    Hi Paul Eldridge, hope you had a wonderful day.

    Once you are logged in Dashboard Plugin, then you can re-enable your Cloudflare and both should work without any issue.

    Please let us know if disabling Cloudflare fixed this issue for you.
