Can't configure email notifications

When an appointment is made, notifications go out to the site admin and the service provider.

As the site admin, I get enough emails and have no need for these but I find no way to turn them off for the admin without also turning off for the service provider.

Secondly, and ironically, the email to the admin contains a convenient link to confirm the appointment but the service provider, who maintains the appointments does not get a link in their email. Why is this?
