Can't connect to uptime


your LiveChat is not working at all! It doesn’t even show up in FF and in Chrome I’m waiting and waiting. This is not the support I’m expecting from a monthly paid service.

I can’t connect uptime with the provided live site. No insights at all. When I try to connect via hub I get this message: Your domain does not appear to be publicly accessible on the Internet. We can only monitor the uptime of public websites. Which is nonsense.
