cant create ticket in support plugin

When I click on Support -> Support, there is not an option to create a new ticket. Attached is what I see.

    Hi @Richard,

    Try logging in as a user of a different role. Because you're signed in as the main administrator, you get some different features, and there isn't an "add new" button. This screen is mainly for seeing active support tickets and addressing them.

    For another role, the same screen would allow a ticket to be added. From the plugin settings, you can configure which roles are allowed to open a ticket.
