    Hello John,

    I hope you are well today.

    Would you please visit your Hub page at the following link and try Resetting your API Key?

    https://premium.wpmudev.org/hub/my-websites/

    If that does not work, would you please enable WP_DEBUG?

    To enable WP_DEBUG, change the following line in your wp-config.php file:

    define('WP_DEBUG', false);

    To this:

    // Enable WP_DEBUG mode
    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );

    // Enable Debug logging to the /wp-content/debug.log file
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    // Disable display of errors and warnings
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );

    After you've tried logging into WPMU DEV Dashboard, please go to wp-content/ on your server via FTP and download the debug.log file to your local computer. Then, open that file with a text editor like notepad (Windows), GEdit (Linux), or TextEdit (Mac). You can then paste the contents of that file at http://pastebin.com/ and share the URL of the pasted output with us so we can examine it further.

    I look forward to seeing the results of your tests.

    Best regards,

    James Morris

    Dear James

    Sorry for my delay. It was nigth here and I´m not with a lot of experience with the coding, so I sleep for some hours before.

    I have reset the API key and that did not help.
    I have change the wp-config.php file, but the "define" text is on one line when I save and upload the file.
    I have upload the debug.log file. I create a account on the website "hansenimoveis". Can you find it?

    I can´t login to the WPMU dashboard after changing API key and config.php file to:
    //define('WP_DEBUG', false);define('WP_DEBUG', true);define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true);define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);define('WP_DEBUG', true);define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', true);

    I look forward to hear from you again.

    Best regards and thanks,

    John

    Dear Support.

    There is news:

    I deactivate both the WPMU DEV Dashboard and Smush Pro plugins and then activate the plugins again.

    When I enter the WPMU DEV Dashboard - plugin activation, I got "server error 200 (IK)" and then I get redirected to a WP error window saying "Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page."

    I hope this help you.

    I look forward to hear from you again.

    Best regards,

    John
