I don’t see any reply button or field in the support forum. I tried with Chrome, IE and Firefox. I checked, that I am logged in. I also verified, that I am logged in with a valid account, with which I bought the plugin.
@vaughan: Unfortunately I can not reply, although I am logged in. I tried your advice with logging out and clearing the browser cache and cookies, but with no success.
If you provide me an e-mail address I can send you a screenshot. Might there be any issue with my account?
BTW: First time I was able to respond to an existing thread of an other contributor.
