Can't update my websites plugins.

I can't update most of my websites plugins form the HUB or from the WP Admin plugins page. When I click "Update" a popup shows up with the following "Hang on a minute.
It looks like your WordPress site isn't configured to allow one-click installations of plugins and themes.
But don't worry! You can still install this plugin by entering your server's FTP credentials here:" Check screenshot
This issue started after updating to PHP 7.3.

Sorry, David for the late respond. I installed PHP 7.3 thro Apache 4 and for now, just one of my sites on server is upgraded to the latest PHP version. I think all other websites are at 7.2 php.
Do you want me to remove PHP 7.3 temporary from the server?

      Kind regards
