    Hello bobby

    Hope you're doing well!

    I've tried accessing your FTP credentials, but unfortunately, there are no view/read/edit permissions granted to the user you've shared with us; so we could not see nor edit the site's files.

    Please re-check the user's permissions or send us different credentials. You can send credentials by using our secure contact form
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/#i-have-a-different-question

    Subject: “Attn: Nastia”
    - WordPress admin username
    - WordPress admin password
    - Login URL
    - FTP credentials (host/username/password)
    - Link back to this thread for reference
    - Any other relevant URLs

    Regarding the HTTP Error, please make sure that the PHP memory is high enough. Go to the WPMU DEV > Support and click on System Info button. Look for memory_limit value. If your PHP memory is lower than 256MB, please add the following line to the wp-config.php file:
    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );

    Make sure that you insert these lines above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ line.

    If this will not work, add the following lines to the .htaccess file:

    <IfModule mod_security.c>
    SecFilterEngine Off
    SecFilterScanPOST Off
    </IfModule>

    If the above solutions will not work, you may have installed a plugin that's causing this issue. Please proceed and deactivate all plugins, if an image can be uploaded, start activating one plugin at a time to find the on that is causing it.

    Please let us know how it went!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
