Cart pages missing after encoding links

The cart page for my products turns into a completely different page with no cart options when I encode the link.

from this:

https://www.jackrabbit.host/whmcs/cart.php?a=add&pid=1

to the encoded version:

https://www.jackrabbit.host/high-speed-hosting/whmcsportal/cart.php/?a=add&pid=1&systpl=portal

Hello there @Clint, I hope you're well today!
It looks like you have some issues with your SSL certificate.
I'm also getting this error: WHMCS Integration: 400—Bad Request

Could you please grant us access to your backend so that we may see exactly what is happening?
To do so, from your dashboard go to WPMUDEV => Support => Support Access and click on the "Grant access" button.

Please note that you must have the WPMU DEV Dashboard plugin installed on your site to complete the above process.

I'm also including my colleague @Tyler Postle on this thread as he knows more about WHMCS than I do.

    Cheers,
    Ari.

    Hey Ari,

    thanks for the help!

So I've granted you access to my site and I'm still getting the 400 error.

Also, is it possible to use the default whmcs theme as a the template for the integration or only the portal theme?

    Hey there, Clint!

The 400 error is usually caused by having mod_security enabled, from other threads on this topic. Typically, your host can turn this on and off for you.

As I understand it, using the portal theme is required for the integration plugin to work properly.

As to your cart issue, have you double checked the URLs within your WHMCS control panel to make sure they match exactly?

    Thanks, Clint!
