Category pages stopped working

Hi guys

For some reason the site categories have stopped working:

I tried refreshing the permalinks and deactivating the last plugin I used before, but still nothing. Any ideas?

    Hello Neil,

    Did you check plugins that were updated lately? Updates could introduce some issue. In this case I suggest starting with quick plugin/theme conflict test as described in getting support manual E. Plugin Conflict Test

    (make sure you have a backup before doing any changes!)

    Did you ever solve this problem?

    It happened to me, too after an update of Marketpress (but I do not know exactly which one, because my hosting provider does sometimes updates on their own…. :slight_frown: ). I discovered it in June 2018.

    But it happened only in one category – the only thing which is different in that category (compared to other categories) is: all articles in this category have a link to Amazon (and you cannot buy them in the store itself).

    Solution: I edited each of these products (only four or five) by just opening them one by one in edit mode, changing the the time by a minute, and then updating them.

    Afterwards everything was normal.
