Change link color of Buy Now button to external link

I am trying to customize the buttons in MarketPress and am running into an issue that I can't figure out with changing the color of the link inside the mp_link_buynow button here: http://procenter.staging.wpengine.com/courses/store/products/

I want it to be white, but can't get it to work for some reason. I want the 'link', 'visited', 'hover' and 'active' to be white.

I was able to edit the other aspects of the mp_link_buynow button.

Thanks,
Jesse

    That one worked once I changed to list view in MarketPress (weird) but when I did that, the Add to Cart button changed to GREEN! Ugh, still on same page, but can't get the form.mp_buy_form to work, it has a blue box with green inside and I want it to look like the BUY NOW button on that page and the rest of them in CoursePress theme.

    --- UPDATE ---
    Got most of it by adding !important to CSS. There is still a line on top though that I can't seem to get rid of. Please help with that if possible.

    Thank you,
    Jesse

    Hi Jesse! :slight_smile:

    Can you try adding this CSS code to your theme's style.css:

    a.mp_link_buynow, a.mp_link_buynow:hover {
    	background: #ffffff !important;
    	color: #000000 !important;
    }

    Just change the values of the 'color' for your text color.

    If you're using a child theme, then, please add it to your child theme's style.css so it will not be overwritten in case there are updates for the parent theme. :slight_smile: You may also use Simple Custom CSS plugin.

    Hope this helps!
    Let me know if you have any further questions. :slight_smile:

    Hi Jesse,

    I hope you're doing well today! :slight_smile:

    Is this the one that you want to achieve? Please see screenshot.
    If so, can you try this CSS code:

    a.mp_link_buynow {
    	background: #ffffff !important;
    	color: #000000 !important;
    }
    .mp_link_buynow:hover {
    	box-shadow: none !important;
    }

    If you can remove some of the !important pertaining to background and color, that would be great! So we can override the necessary elements. :slight_smile:

    Let me know how this goes.
    Thank you!

    Regards,
    Aicee
