Change to HTML on Pro Site Checkout CC area - Clean up layout

Formatting is goofy due to nature of Table with a BR for image of credit cards

Suggest adding a

<img src=".../stripe_cards.png">

below the card entry field instead of the

I highly doubt that a bunch of users decided that it would be better to have the credit card images be underneath the field.

Because of this that table row is higher than the previous table row leaving the name next to it to be off-center.

So you have a normal looking first name, then your credit card information is off centered due to the break below the text input area.

I don't see why I should be expected to fix bad HTML with CSS. The display none does not change the fact that I like to show the credit card images, I just do not want it formatted poorly. Creating margins to separate image tag inside that class also seems like an extremely poor use of time, considering that table row clearly be the right answer in this scenario.

It's not bad HTML, it's HTML that you don't like.
Considering that you're the only one that has mentioned this issue, I think it would be easier for you to write a couple of css lines than it would be for everyone else who likes it the way it is.

I never said you should hide the images. I said you could put display:none on the br element.

The "right answer" depends completely on the use case, the theme used, user preferences and is in no way absolute.
Writing the css for that would in no case require more than 30 seconds... and making your site look the way you want it for 30 seconds can not be considered a "poor use of time". If you're having difficulty writing that css, I'd be glad to do it for you if you post a link to that page.

    Cheers,
    Ari.

Lol it's not they way I want. The label is off centered.

Not many people use stripe on pro sites.

Look at a stripe pro site checkout and go yeah this makes perfect sense to have the text label for a field be off center and below it on only that field

It's a suggestion anyway. I see that clearly you are hard headed. I am assuming you're blindly defending something just to enforce your original suggestion.

It doesn't make sense dude. Get over it.

No where does anyone think yeah this text label should be off center for jut one field. Lets do that!
