Changing Appointment+ Email Sender and Subject Settings

Two things...

1) I would like to reconfigure the sender name and sender email address in Appointments+ for the following emails...

- Confirmation emails (to customers)
- Reminder emails (to customers)
- New appointment emails (to my organization)

Right now everything is coming from my personal email, and that's not so good.

2) Additionally, I would like to the subject of change "New Appointment" emails so that they include the customer name and the appointment time and date. Is this possible?
