Changing contact form width removes submit/reset buttons on a form in Upfront

Yesterday I contacted support because the third party contact form that I need on my site was causing the screen to half in responsive mode. The gentleman solved the issue by editing the code to "100% width" the only problem which I realized now is that the submit and reset button is missing.

In Responsive mode, there's an embedded contact form on the page: http://clearoffices.com/

If set to 100% the submit reset buttons disappear completely.

    Hi there,
    Try using the following css:

    #upfront-code_element-object-1505754660476-1888 #crmWebToEntityForm {
        max-width: 100%;
        width: 100% !important;
    }

    #upfront-code_element-object-1505754660476-1888 #crmWebToEntityForm table {
        max-width: 100%;
        width: 100% !important;
    }

    #upfront-code_element-object-1505754660476-1888 #crmWebToEntityForm table tr {
        max-width: 100%;
        display: flex;
        flex-wrap: wrap;
    }

    It will change the form fields and labels layout a bit but should take cake of the buttons and responsive issue.
