Chat Agent Need Not Terminate Support Case at Connection Loss

Hi. I realised that once I submitted an issue to a support staff during chat and there's a break in connection for longer than two minutes, I would need to start the chat process all over. Not bad. However, I'm worried that whenever that happens, the case, although already submitted FULLY, will still be left unattended to except I resubmit it at another chat session and stay till the very end of the chat. Not too good if I may say.
