Chat not configuring properly after new install...

I just became a new member and installed your Chat plugin at the following Wordpress site: http://seniorhomelocators.com/. I saved the canned settings. No chat box appears and I only show code at the bottom of the site pages. Thanks

    Hi Joseph,

    Welcome to the WPMU Dev community and thanks for posting on the forum.

    I could confirm the chat is working fine on your site as shown in the attached screenshot but it's also displaying the debug output .

    I have tested on my test site using latest version of Chat plugin and configuring it same as your site but didn't get any such debug output.

    Would you mind if I access your site using FTP and did some testing? This might help get to the bottom of this faster. If this is ok, just send log in info through our secured contact form: https://premium.wpmudev.org/contact/
    - Choose "I have a different question"
    - Include my name in the subject "Vinod Dalvi"
    - Include the URL of this post in your message so that I may track this issue better
    - Include login information (Wordpress admin info username + password )
    - Include FTP Details

    Please note the debug output is only displayed to the Admin users.

    You can just hide the debug output by adding the following CSS code in the style.css file of your child theme or add it in your site using the following plugin.

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-custom-css/

    body > pre {
      display: none;
    }

    Best Regards,
    Vinod Dalvi

    Hello Vinod,

    Thanks for the help. Are you WPMUDEV staff?
    It looks as though you got in via me enabling "Grant Access" in the support portion of the console.
    Do you still need access to FTP and the admin area? How do I sent private information on the system if all of these postings go through the common forum?
    One additional question. Where do I engage in a Chat with my website clients? In the backend of the site somewhere or do I need to connect a Google, Twitter or other SM account?

    Thank you,

    Joseph
