Chat Plugin and error messages

Hi,
The site's been dropping every so often.

The error message we get is: "No Data Received" (in the browser) and after about 30 minutes or so, and after I hit 'reload', the site shows up again.

When it drops, it effects the other sites on my shared hosting account at GoDaddy. I contacted GoDaddy for a solution and they mentioned the plugins might be the issue.

Anyway, I found this in my PHP error logs:

What does they mean and is there a way to fix this? There was also a plugin called DM User Tracking, that I thought might be causing the drops on the server, so I deactivated it. It takes a while to test these things so I don't know if was the culprit or not, but with these error logs, it make it look like Chat might be to blame.

All help is appreciated.

    Hey Donearl,

    Hope you're doing well today!

Can you try changing your polling settings via:

Chat > Settings Common > Poll Intervals.

    Try changing it to 2, 6, 10.

The chat plugin is quite resource intensive, so if you are on shared hosting then it can use up a lot of memory and sometimes cause issues. Increasing these polling intervals should help

Let us know if you still get the same no data received error after this.

    Look forward to hearing back!

    All the best,
    Tyler
