Chat Plugin Error Causing 429 Code and doesn't work in OptimizePress

When the Chat plugin is active on the site, it won't go into an OptimizePress created page (The shortcode just shows as text in a text box or an HTML element), and some users are receiving a 429 (too many redirects) error when trying to access the site. I've asked about a compatibility issue with WPMU plugins and OptimizePress before. WPMU dev says to check with OptimizePress, and OptimizePress says check with WPMU.

    Hello Paul , I trust you are doing well today!

    Optimize Press provide premium services and I do not have access to test it. Would you please grant access from WPMU DEV > Support so I can have a closer look? Let me know on what page you have the Chat shortcode.

    Please see the detailed instructions on the link below:
    https://premium.wpmudev.org/manuals/wpmu-dev-dashboard-enabling-staff-login/

    some users are receiving a 429 (too many redirects) error when trying to access the site.

    Too menu redirects error usually occurs due to a misconfigured redirection issue. Please let me know, if this error appearing on the page where you have a Chat shortcodes or on any pages?

    Do you use any redirect plugins or redirecting a site using rules in .htaccess? Go to Settings > General and make sure that your website domain name is correct. For example, if you are using www prefix, add www to your domain name URL too.

    If the above will not work, add the bellow code to the wp-config.php file, this should solve the redirect error:

    define('WP_HOME','http://example.com');
    define('WP_SITEURL','http://example.com');

    Replace the example.com with your domain name.

    Please advise,

    Cheers,
    Nastia
