Chat Times Out. I cannot get Live Support. Been going on for days.

Hi Guys, ever since you changed chat I cannot get access. It plays nice at first, and then even gives me a nice "Your in line!" but then it always ALWAYS says there is a connection error. This is driving me crazy. I really loved the great chat service below. Sorry it was lame on your end, but I am totally SOL with the new one. I am including screencaps of what is going on. But please help me. Is there a setting on my side? AdBlock maybe? I had a note to set third prty cookies (which I hate) but I did that. Still, NO SUPPORT. Please let me know when I can chat with you awesome folks. I miss Michelle's friendly hello!

    I'm sorry you keep getting an error on our chat. Could you answer these questions for me?
    1. Which browser are you using?
    2. Which operating system (OS) are you using?
    3. Which add-ons are you running? If running any ad-blockers, can you disable them?
    4. Are you blocking any cookies from sites other than premium.wpmudev.org? If so, can you allow cookies for all sites for testing?
    5. Do you face the same error in a private browsing type window?
