Client exits site to WHMCS install on login

I have everything working correctly with my WHMCS Integration with one exception. Upon login the client is taken to the WHMCS install on another server instead of staying on my Wordpress site. Is this due to the SSL or am I missing a setting? Thanks!

    Greetings tebothibeau,

    Welcome to WPMU Dev!

Thank you for this great question!

After looking over the settings of WHMCS and the fact that you mentioned everything else is working correctly I do not know why this redirect to the other server is happening nor do I know if it is an SSL issue as you have suggested.

Therefore I am going to see if I can get the lead developer of the WHMCS WP Integration plugin in here with his invaluable insight to offer his advise/advise us to why this may be happening.

Though this may take a bit longer then a normal ticket, I will try to get him in here asap.

    Cheers, Joe

Thanks Joe! I appreciate the reply!

I took a fresh look at my settings this morning. On a whim I changed the WHMCS System URL to https, so now the WHMCS System URL and the WHMCS SSL System URL are both pointing to the secure install. I've done some quick testing, and this seems to have remedied the problem.

I'll mark as resolved and will resubmit if I run into any more issues.

    Thanks again!

I have the domains setup here correctly and everything seems to work fine until I login to whmcs. Then i get redirected to the whmcs installation on the https side.

I have tried every combination that I can think of here. When I set both of the url's on whmcs to the https version and save the ssl url goes blank. After that when I login to whmcs on the wordpress install it just redirects me back to the same login page.

Any guidance on getting this fixed would be great.

To solve this error I placed the the https version in all fields on whmcs and also in the plugin.

I then had to go to the plugin files and find the cache directory for whmcs integration and set the permissions to 777.

Once that was done everything worked perfectly.

Arnold from support helped me with this in the chat. Thanks Arnold!

Thank you for your input but you are indeed responding to a ticket a few months old.
