I have support access on for aficreditsolutions.com. The site uses woocommerce and the client is reporting that it is freezing when the order is submitted.

    Since you are using a Live Payment gateway, I tested by entering a generic test Card to see how the order goes, and I don’t see any freezing in general. Maybe the issue could only be replicated by entering a real card, which I’m afraid is something we cannot test in our side.

    However, while testing I don’t see any console errors in general regarding this, the plugin update is a security patch, and would highly recommend updating the plugin, and then check whether the issue could be replicated.

    If you still face the same issue, then you’ll have to enable debug logs, and share the logs in the next reply so that we could give a closer look.

    To enable debug log, open your wp-config.php file located in your root directory, and look for define(‘WP_DEBUG’, false);. Change it to:

    define('WP_DEBUG', true);

    In order to enable the error logging to a file on the server you need to add:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false );
    @ini_set( 'display_errors', 0 );
    define( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );

    After making the above changes, please try to replicate the issue .The related errors will be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.
