Cloner plugin is not working, giving "An error has occured" error message

Hi,

I'm using Cloner plugin for a while, but recently it is not working. Even if the cloning has started, it gives error messages. So basically I can not clone any site.

I have tried it with my other installs, but it doesn't work anywhere.

I have attached a screenshot to see, what is it doing.

    I hope you're well today!

    It's great you've already went so far as it gives us a clue on where to look for an issue. Assuming that your other test site is located on the very same server, it is very likely that a plugin or theme conflict is a main culprit here. That said, the usual steps are as follows:

    1. Revert to default "Twenty Fifteen" theme; if it helps then it's definitely a theme issue;
    2. If it doesn't work then disable all the plugins except this one and enable them one-by-one each time checking for the issue.

    This way you should be able to identify the main conflict source.

    Turning on WP debugging is also worth giving a try. To do this, please add the following lines to your "wp-config.php" file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
    define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );

    The first one turns debugging on and the second one turns on writing debugging log into "/wp-content/debug.log" file.
