I am having an issue on a multi-site install with this plugin. Creating the tickets seems to work.
But when visiting the network admin interface to reply to a ticket and close it is where the issue appears to be. It allows me to reply and close the ticket and on the Network Admin side it appears to work and show the replies.
However, when logging into the test account and going to the site with the ticket, it shows the ticket is closed but when going inside the ticket to view the reply, the ticket does not show the replies and the closed check box is not checked.
Can someone help me with this issue?
