Comment box doesnt appear for ultimate FB

There is a conflict with my theme(tried with default theme and it works) for not showing/replacing the comment box.

Is there any way that I could paste in a shortcode or force this?
Or can someone help me to hack my theme file?

Thanks very much.

This is my comments.php file:
