I am really struggling with getting the email working with e-Newsletter. I've tried most things, all ports and tripled check I'm using the correct password, port and smtp outgoing name.
I've conversed with many of your support colleagues and it's getting a little frustrating now as I'm paying to use this plugin and I can't use it at the moment.
I've also rang my email server provider zoho.com and they cannot find the issue as they have confirmed everything is setup correctly. They did mention for you (the develeopers) to provide SMTP logs as it appears something is not enabled or activated.
Please could you look into. More than happy to allow access. I need this fixed by this evening.
