Confirmation email Message not passing NAME

Hello. The confirmation email that goes to the user and admin is not passing the correct NAME. The email the user gets is below

... Here are the appointment details: Your name: NAME Requested service: ...

but the name field was entered correctly.

here is the part of the settings - the other dynamic fields are working as expected.

Your name: NAME
Requested service: SERVICE
Date and time: DATE_TIME

    Did you use the CLIENT placeholder?

    Make sure you are using only the following allowed placeholders:
    SITE_NAME
    CLIENT
    SERVICE
    SERVICE_PROVIDER
    DATE_TIME
    PRICE
    DEPOSIT
    BALANCE
    PHONE
    NOTE
    ADDRESS
    CITY
    EMAIL (Client's email)
    CANCEL (Adds a cancellation link to the email body)
