Confirmation email (to buyer) doesn't include time or date

Hey,

We've noticed when testing bookings, that the confirmation email that is sent to the buyer, doesn't include the time or date of the booking!

How can we make sure it does?

    Hope you're doing well today :slight_smile:

    You can go to Appointments+ > Settings > General tab in your admin section and search for Confirmation email Message field in there.
    Make sure that you have DATE_TIME placeholder in your message, this is used to show date and time of an appointment.

    If you scroll further down that section you will find other placeholders that can be used, this is a quote from there:

    For the above email subject and message contents, you can use the following placeholders which will be replaced by their real values: SITE_NAME, CLIENT, SERVICE, SERVICE_PROVIDER, DATE_TIME, PRICE, DEPOSIT, BALANCE, PHONE, NOTE, ADDRESS, CITY, EMAIL (Client's email), CANCEL (Adds a cancellation link to the email body)

    Hello Phil!

    The MarketPress confirmation e-mails only confirm that the transaction has been completed so there's no way to add this data there. I can think of one way to solve this at the moment which would be to enable the Appointments+ notifications back and the user would then get two e-mail: one confirming the transaction itself and another one confirming booking.

    Other than that, let me please mark this as a feature request and hopefully more members of our community will support the idea, therefore giving the plugin developer an incentive to include it in one of the future releases of MarketPress.
