We’re having numerous issues with the plugin recently. The latest is that confirmation emails are not being sent to the provider or buyer, after an appointment is booked.
All our settings are setup correctly in the backend so we don’t understand why it’s not working.
This is hugely frustrating for our client – they are losing business directly as a result of these changes that your developers are making to the plugin. Everything was working fine a few weeks ago – but since things have been changed/updated, we’re experiencing problems.
