    Hi Andy,

Hope you are doing good today.

I was trying to troubleshoot further by installing, and activating both Membership 2 Pro, and Gravity Forms plugin, and creating a test membership, and test Gravity Forms.

Once done, I tried to open the One Page Express Pro themes customizer, and it seems to load fine. Seems like I'm missing some specific steps to replicate the issue, so that we could have a better idea regarding this.

Since the support access to your site isn't enabled at the moment, I wasn't able to give a closer look at what all settings we activated when the issue occurred.

    Hello Andy

    I trust you're doing well!

We had a closer look at the issue and looks like a conflict is coming from the Gravity Forms Image Choices plugin. Please update the plugin to the latest version and see if the Customizer is loading.

If the issue is still there, please upload the plugin to Google Drive or DropBox and email this link to us. You can send credentials by using our secure contact form

    - Download link to a plugin

    - Any other relevant URLs

Please let us know how it went!

    Hello there Andy,

hope you're doing good today!

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding here, I was able to locate your email and have a look.
It seems that the Customizer it is loading now, without me making any changes. It does make a bit more to load, but it actually does load, with some errors in console.
It seems that there's an IP address used instead of the domain name and this is producing some errors. These are the reported images, I masked the actual IP address:

Have you made any customizations that we you or we could review?
    Or maybe in the Customizer?
If you need any assistance, please let us know about the path in the server to look at or anything else.

I’m eager to receive your feedback.
    Warm regards,
